Fix inconsistent states of job and its sub-task

    Description

      Sometimes a job failed with one sub-task running. But resume that job in (http://localhost:7070/kylin/jobs) wouldn't work.

      It will fail again and again. Only solution is restart kylin process.

       

      The problem is show in attached file.
