Description

There are a number of authentication/federation providers that are missing the authentication audit entry and the resulting username.

This patch will add the needed audit log to each of the providers missing it.

It appears to be:

JWTProvider/SSOCookieProvider
HadoopAuthProvider
PicketLinkProvider
Anonymous Provider
HeaderPreAuth Provider
