[KNOX-1398] WebHDFS and WebHBase APIs listed incorrectly as services that need whitelist enforcement

Description

Whitelist enforcement has been added for all services that incorporate query params that influence the routing behavior. WebHDFS and WebHBase should not be included in this list since such query params are provided by Knox itself and encrypted.

This patch will merely remove such service names from the gateway-site.xml config.
