Description

Open PR to support client-metrics through kafka-configs.sh doesn't list all subscriptions. The functionality is missing because of missing support to list client subscription in config repository and admin client. This task should provide a workaround to fetch all subscriptions from config repository by adding a method in KRaftMetadataCache. Later a KIP might be needed to add support in AdminClient.
