Description

1. Continuing task of converting styles from ECS to Velocity or JSP
2. Correctly create Velocity context containing all pull tools
3. Do not call requestFinished at the end of building the Velocity style content
4. Allow to use template name as style name and default to appropriate parameter style class based on template extension
5. Automatically put all style parameters into template context
