Description

It is cumbersome to use the build process to initially populate db psml. A
secure template/action utility should be provided to do this online.

So initially, the portal should be configured with db psml manager.
Administrator should login (ignore the error warnings about null profile) and
invoke the following:

htpp://localhost:8080/jetspeed/portal/template/PsmlImport.vm
