As mentioned in the parent Issue, please remove references to ordb.org from the website docs and offline docs.

http://james.apache.org/server/2.3.0/smtp_auth.html -- has a section dedicated to ordb.org using it as an example to verify your installation.
New users should be directed elsewhere to do this.
