Description

ExtraDotOutputStream doesn't properly distinguish between CRLF and other
sequences of two or more CR or LF characters. This is bad, because messages
with character sequences like:

LFLF.
CRCR.

will get inappropriately stuffed. Not a big deal for most messages, as these
sequences are unusual.
