Description

We should enable esmt in remote delivery.

The comment in the code that disable the ehlo says it has been added as a workaround for "250" replies from some server. I have been using a patched remote delivery that does use EHLO with javamail 1.3.2 for almost 1 year and I never encountered the problem described.

Imho EHLO give us a lot of performance (8bitmime, pipelining) and we should reenable it now.
