Description

During mailet processing it would be helpful to have a link to the originating SMTP session (i.e. ESMTP ID). This allows better traceability in log files and MDC.

My proposal:

• add session.getSessionID() as a mail attribute in org.apache.james.smtpserver.AddDefaultAttributesMessageHook
• add session ID to MDC in org.apache.james.mailetcontainer.impl.ProcessorImpl and making it accessible in the mailetcontainer

Any thoughts?
