Description

The bug was spotted by: https://github.com/KaiStapel

He opened a pull request for this issue: https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/68

Due to some mistake introduced during last refactoring, James was adding a new port part on addresses that already had one, but not for addresses that did not get one.

The above pull request contains test and fixes for this.
