[JAMES-110] Incomplete newsgroup list

Description

James 2.1.3 (NNTP) does not seem to provide a full list of newsgroups when
asked to do so and terminates the connection abnormally.

Furthermore, I doubt whether it is sticking to the correct protocol as Outlook
Express includes '205' as a newsgroup when I believe it is being used by James
as a status code?
