While trying to find if this wasn't an eclipse bug I found that:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=66269

The problem actually comes from IvyDE, badly implementing the getContainerID.

This problem is now fixed.

Surprisingly, it seems that the fix only works with eclipse 3.2... This is strange, because according to eclipse bug 66269, the behaviour with getContainerID should be the same since eclipse 3.0. I'll try to see if I can investigate more on this subject.
