Description

In some cases it can be useful to perform a dependency resolution without actually downloading the artifacts (except ivy files) from the repositories. Being able to perform the resolve process in 2 steps would thus be useful:
1) compute dependencies graph, resolve conflicts, ...
2) download artifacts to cache
