Description

Maven2 disposes of a lot of existing metadata compared to Ivy, and even if they are often broken, it could be interesting to help people benefit from these metadata or even migrate from m2 to :

• be able to convert a pom to an ivy file
• be able to flag major resolvers (url, ibiblio, ivyrep, filesystem) to be maven2 compatible, in which case :

• dots in organisation are converted in slahes
• resolver tries to find a pom when no ivy file is available
