Description

Attached is a poorly formed ivy.xml (artifact element is entered as a child to conf rather than to dependency) and a debug output from ant. Ivy does recognize a problem as indicated by the output on lines 791 and 792 (Invalid content ...)

Despite the fact that the resolve was called with the validation attribute set to true, Ivy does not through a build failure, but continues.
