The fixed issues page: http://impala.apache.org/docs/build/html/topics/impala_fixed_issues.html
has a number of blank subheadings, because of downstream CDH maintenance releases that didn't have an actual upstream counterpart. Remove these empty subheadings.
Also the 2.11 fixed issues subheading has the text, "Issues Fixed in Impala 2.1.10". Looks like the substitution variable conflicted because of ambiguity around the suffix '2110'. Straighten that out by referencing the correct impala2_11_0 variable.
