Description

Some Impala users rely on dbt and dbt's integration with Impala for their workloads. It would be useful to have some basic tests / scripts for running dbt against Impala. This provides a smoke test for functionality. It also makes it easier for developers to debug dbt issues locally, as the development environment would already have dbt set up.
