[IMPALA-13006] Some Iceberg test tables are not restricted to Parquet

Description

Our Iceberg test tables/views are restricted to the Parquet file format in functional/schema_constraints.csv except for the following two:

iceberg_query_metadata
iceberg_view

This is not intentional, so we should add the constraint for these tables too.
