    Description

      In StatsRulesProcFactory right now the computation is based on functions which return values of numRows; with the extension that the called method may sometimes alter the passed Statistics object - this makes the logic a bit trickier here and there - having a real model for a subexpression could give natural benefits and may help in fixing issues like: HIVE-22238, HIVE-23082
