    Description

      When deploying hive, it would be nice to have a .hiverc file containing statements that would be automatically run whenever hive is launched. This way, we can automatically add JARs, create temporary functions, set flags, etc. for all users quickly.

      This should ideally be set up like .bashrc and the like with a global version and a user-local version.
