Description

as mentioned in design doc, hsync and hflush tends to make the online erasure encoding complex.
But these are critical features to ensure fault tolerance for some users.
These operations should be supported in best way possible during online erasure encoding to support the fault tolerance.

This Jira is a placeholder for the task. How to solve this will be discussed later.
