Major Description
In HDFS-2979 it was discovered that the NameNode was inadvertently mutating Configuration objects passed to it. Unfortunately, a few tests were accidentally relying upon this incorrect behavior. The MiniDFSCluster should take care of setting up the configuration appropriately.
