This test is failing on occasion of late. See https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/6856//testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hbase.migration/TestNamespaceUpgrade/testRenameUsingSnapshots/ for recent example. Let me up the timeouts to see if helps.
