Description
It would be good to have a separate hbase-xxx.xml (hbase-client.xml perhaps) file that only contains settings relevant to hbase clients. This would allow "secrets" to be present in the hbase-site.xml file, and also have a smaller config for clients that may be decoupled from the hmaster and regionservers.
