Do alignment in heapOverhead() for ExtendedCell implementations

    Description

      In KeyValue (and maybe other ExtendedCell implementations), heapOverhead() does not do alignment(padding gap). I think alignment is required when calculating heapOverhead, because the space losses due to alignment can not be used by other objects in heap.
