Hadoop Vaidya test rule (ReadingHDFSFilesAsSideEffect) fails w/ exception if number of map input bytes for a job is zero.

    Description

      Tool does not handle the case where number of map input bytes can be zero. Currently hadoop does not log the counter if its value is zero. So tool also needs to handle such situation and set zero value for the test rules.
