Need to open access to ports 50070 and 50075 in the Hadoop EC2 security groups.

Patch to enable the HDFS web ports. It also adds a new command to allow users to clear out EC2 security groups for a particular cluster (by resurrecting the unused destroy-hadoop-cluster script, now renamed). This is needed to allow people to recreate their groups with the HDFS ports enabled.
