[HADOOP-4030] LzopCodec shouldn't be in the default list of codecs i.e. io.compression.codecs

Description

Since we do not ship the native lzo codecs by default, we shouldn't have it in io.compression.codecs. Users might be thrown off by the errors which come up when the framework tries to load the lzo codecs (by default).
