Description

toArrayList(Hashtable jobs) in JobControl.java isn't synchronized and it resulted in a ConcurrentModificationException.
checkRunningState in Job.java can throw a NullPointerException if running = jc.getJob(this.mapredJobID) fails, leaving running null.
