Need the javax.servlet.MultipartConfigElement class added.
Need the additional methods on javax.servlet.ServletRegistration.Dynamic added
setMultipartConfig
setRunAsRole
setServletSecurity

Need HttpServletRequest.getParts() to return a Collection<Part>
