Description

When a Filter is initialized, the TCCL is set to the CL of the configuration defining the WAR module. The TCCL should actually be set to the CL of the WAR module.

If a Filter loads a resource located in WEB-INF/classes/ via the TCCL during initialization, this resource cannot be found as WEB-INF/classes is not defined by the WAR configuration CL.
