Description

All images should have height and width and alt attributes. This enables page layout in advance of image retrieval.

The images specified in xml source are okay, because these attributes can be explicitly provided.

There are other images where these are not yet specified, e.g. "spacer.gif" and the "branding-logo" contract, etc.
