[FLUME-3317] The property name "reset-connection-interval" in the Thrift Sink of Flume User Guide is misspelled

Description

According to the Flume source code （AbstractRpcSink） and the Avro Sink document can be judged the correct property name should be reset-connection-interval，but in the Thrift Sink of Flume User Guide is "connection-reset-interval".  This may cause problems for novices and can cause the agent to fail.
