Hive table sources report statistics in various formats

    Description

      Now for hive table source, reporting statistics only support Orc and Parquet formats.

      Currently,  we have some text format hive table. Somewhile text hive table as dimension table， task should use broadcast join, but text format table cannot obtain table stats. 

      So, hive table sources report statistics in various formats, such  as `text`.
