Description

We recently added e2e tests to hit the real KDS (AWS) endpoints on CI. These tests should only run on push/nightly. The tests are running on PR and failing, since the credentils are not present. https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-aws/actions/runs/6524289454/job/17731091860?pr=105
