We need to change the version number from 10.4 to 10.5 in the documentation. These changes involve the conrefs.dita file and the map files for the various books.
The Getting Started manual also needs to be updated, but that will be a separate task after the release, because the command outputs need to be accurate, and some of them display the build revision.

Documentation: update documentation files to 10.5
DERBY-4104.diff,DERBY-4104.stat, andDERBY-4104.zip.The changes are to both the version number and the copyright year, and involve changing both the map files and the copyright files. The zip file contains the new copyright files.
I'll commit the patch to the trunk and the 10.5 branch in a few days unless someone finds problems.
