Description

The new DITA Toolkit release (Version 1.0.1) is much more powerful than the first release. PDF generation is improved, and a navigation pane for the PDF's is now generated. However, there were some errors in the DITA source files that are only generated using the new toolkit. The errors included links to a topic within itself. So for example, withing "Create Table," there might be a link to "Create Table." There were more than 70 of these kinds of links in all 6 books, so this patch will fix that in preparation for a possible move to using the 1.0.1 version of the toolkit.
