Description
The JavaInterpreter incorrectly sets the 'initialized' field to true even when
an exception is thrown in the constructor for ContinuationClassLoader. The fact
that an exception is being thrown in ContinuationClassLoader is clearly
representative of another problem elsewhere, but the JavaInterpreter shouldn't
mark itself as initialized when it's not able to do so properly.
