Description

This patch includes the PortalTools-Framework, which is a base for the
development of tools for the Cocoon Portal-Engine. As samples there are two
tools included. One for layout modification (add/remove/move/edit
coplets/rows/cols/tabs) and one gui prototype for a user management.

1. a patch for changes in the portal itself
