Description

Chukwa documentation ask user to input collector url in this form:

http://<collector1HostName>:<collector1Port>/
http://<collector2HostName>:<collector2Port>/
http://<collector3HostName>:<collector3Port>/

But the file is also used by the bin/start-all.sh script. When slave.sh tries to ssh to remote system, it does not strip out the url prefix and port number.
