[CB-8241] Inconsistent "no build" parameter name

Description

While the iOS and Android platforms use `-nobuild`, the BlackBerry10 platform uses `-no-build`.

This inconsistency should be resolved. At the very least, `--nobuild` should be accepted as an alternative.
