Minor Description
Always stumbling over integration test issues stating, that there is no Application on the current thread, triggered by the PoReader when locating translation resources.
So adding an option for disabling this service should not harm.
Usage:
isis.services.translation.po.mode=disable|disabled
Default behavior is not affected by this new option.
