Description

The current default is officially "hidden"; ie need to annotate with @CollectionLayout(defaultView="table") or the equivalent in the .layout.xml.

This ticket is to introduce a new configuration property that would allow the default used to be set to "table", thus obviating the need to explicitly configure everywhere.
