I left this unassigned because I don't know if it goes to Steve, Daryoush, Eddie, or someoene else. There are a few classes in particular in WSM that I think need javadocs. If anyone else has more concerns with WSM javadocs, please add them.

Users of Beehive can get value from WSM without javadocs on the above classes, but I do think that the javadocs are important to encourage more developers to edit / fix Beehive WSM issues.
