Description

classes and packages under beehive.wsm.jsr181 should be moved up to the beehive.wsm.

For example:

package org.apache.beehive.wsm.jsr181.model;

should be moved to

package org.apache.beehive.wsm.model;

Jsr 181 is redundant and confusing.

Note: This change would also affect the service control.
