    Description

      FindBugs SE_TRANSIENT_FIELD_NOT_RESTORED: Transient field that isn't set by deserialization.

      Applies to: BitSetCoder.byteArrayCoder.

      This is a good starter bug. When fixing, please remove the corresponding entries from findbugs-filter.xml and verify the build passes.
