Description

On Windows, users get compiler warnings when compiling generated stubs and applications.....
include\axis\client\Stub.hpp(698) : warning C4251: 'axiscpp::Stub::m_viCurrentSOAPHeaderBlock' : class 'std::vector<_Ty>::iterator' needs to have dll-interface to be used by clients of class 'axiscpp::Stub'
This is only an example - there are a variety of other warnings that need fixing on various platforms.
