[AXISCPP-380] Some of the test client code deos not clean memory allocated for Stub object, input params and return values

Description

It is a must that the stub object be cleaned in the client code.
In addition memory allocated for parameters must be cleaned by the client.
Also, the return values should also be cleaned up as appropriate by the client code.

Need to update the tests to reflect this
