Description

The Apache.Avro 1.11.0 NuGet package contains a "LICENSE" file, which is the Apache 2.0 license followed by copyright notices and license terms for Json.NET, Castle Core, and log4net. However, the NOTICE.txt file in the source repository includes an additional Pitney Bowes Inc. copyright notice that applies to the C# code but is not included in the "LICENSE" file.

Could this NOTICE.txt file be added to the NuGet package? So that when I redistribute the binaries as part of an application, I'd be able to copy NOTICE.txt from the package and not have to search for the correct version of NOTICE.txt in the source repository.
